  • Account Information: If you are a platform user, we may collect login credentials and related access metadata.
  • Any Other Information You Provide: For example, in a message submitted through our contact form.

We do not intend to collect personal health information (PHI) through our website. If such data is submitted, we will treat it with the same security and privacy standards described in our HIPAA policies.

  • Automatically: Through cookies and basic web server logs (see Section 4 below).

We do not currently use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers, but we may implement these in the future (with notice and updates to this policy).

You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. At this time, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no standard has been widely adopted.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Please note: The CCPA does not apply to health information governed by HIPAA. Any PHI we process as a Business Associate is handled solely under HIPAA and our contractual obligations with covered entities.

10. International Users & GDPR

If you are located outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using our website, you consent to this transfer.

Realize-365 does not currently offer a GDPR-specific Data Processing Addendum (DPA), but we are committed to complying with data protection laws as we expand internationally. We may provide a DPA or appropriate safeguards in the future, as required.

11. Health Information & HIPAA

While our public website is not intended to collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI), Realize-365 may process PHI on behalf of clients who use our platform. In such cases, we act as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

PHI processed through the platform is governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), not this Privacy Policy. For more information about our platform data protections, please see our Platform Terms of Use and applicable agreements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top and may provide additional notice on our website.
